I would firstly like to thank everyone who has supported my small business not only over Christmas but for the whole year. It really has meant so much in what has been a difficult year for us all and with so many affected financially I am even more grateful for your support when money may be stretched.
The past few weeks have been such fun creating new desserts and hampers for Christmas and it has been lovely to see them so well received and makes it all very much worth it, I hope all the recipients enjoyed them too?!
When Cornwall pretty much closes down for it's annual break in January (plus we could be in lockdown 3.0 by then!), I too will be taking a little break to recharge the batteries and get ready for what I hope will be a busy 2021, with a full season's trading; fingers crossed!
Social media will be a bit quieter over that time but do keep your eyes peeled as I'll be back with a bang towards the end of January with much to look forward to with Valentine, Mothering Sunday and Easter Hampers (Sunday February 14th, Sunday March 14th & Sunday April 4th respectively). I'll also be back in the Padstow Memorial Hall at the Food Fair and I'm looking to change things up a bit there too and add even more to my table and extend my range of what I offer. So as you can see I've already been busy planning and there's lots more to do, plus all the taste testing - no dieting will be happening here in January!
I really do wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and here's to hopefully a far better and brighter 2021.
Remember, Keep The Cake Tin Full
Sue
